1. Overview

Glory Flags Co. sells patriotic flag products, including USA flag designs, military-inspired flag variants, rustic wood-style flag pieces, and related patriotic items. By using our website, you agree to follow these terms, our policies, and any checkout conditions shown at the time of purchase.

2. Product Information

We do our best to display product photos, descriptions, colors, sizes, and details as accurately as possible. However, slight differences in color, finish, texture, wood grain, rustic details, or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings, product style, and the handmade/rustic nature of the designs.

These small differences are not considered defects.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all billing, shipping, and contact information provided is accurate. Glory Flags Co. is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

All prices are listed at checkout and may change at any time without notice. Once an order is placed, we begin processing it as quickly as possible.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times may vary depending on demand, product availability, carrier delays, and customer location. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Glory Flags Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages unless Shipping Protection was added to the order at checkout. Shipping Protection must be included with the same order at the time of purchase to qualify for shipping-related resolution support.

5. Returns, Refunds, and 30-Day Warranty

All sales are final unless the order includes the 30-Day Product Protection Warranty at checkout.

To be eligible for any return, refund, replacement, or warranty resolution after delivery, the 30-Day Product Protection Warranty must be added to the same order at checkout. If the warranty was not included at the time of purchase, the order is not eligible for refund, return, replacement, or warranty coverage after delivery.

The 30-Day Warranty cannot be added after an order has already been placed.

If warranty coverage was added, eligible issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos or videos, and a description of the problem. Glory Flags Co. reserves the right to review and approve or deny all claims.

6. What Is Not Covered

Warranty coverage does not apply to misuse, improper handling, customer damage, accidental drops, outdoor exposure, modifications, normal wear, buyer’s remorse, or failure to follow care instructions.

Rustic texture, carved-style details, color variation, natural-looking wood grain, finish variation, and small appearance differences are part of the product style and are not considered defects.

7. Mystery Boxes and Promotional Items

Mystery Box items, discounted items, promotional items, and limited-offer products are final sale unless otherwise approved and covered under the correct checkout protection. The exact design, variant, size, color, or item included in a Mystery Box is not guaranteed.

8. Cancellations and Order Changes

Orders may not be canceled or changed once processing has started. If you need to update an address or order detail, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after the order has been placed.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, entering the correct shipping information, selecting any desired checkout protection, and reading store policies before placing an order.

By completing a purchase, you agree that you understand whether Shipping Protection or the 30-Day Product Protection Warranty was added to your order.

10. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to interfere with website security, copy our content without permission, submit false information, or use our products or website for unlawful purposes.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, including brand name, logo, product images, text, designs, graphics, and layout, belongs to Glory Flags Co. or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or use our content without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

Glory Flags Co. is not responsible for indirect, accidental, or unexpected damages related to the use of our website, products, shipping carriers, or third-party services.

Our maximum responsibility for any approved claim is limited to the amount paid for the product or the approved resolution offered by Glory Flags Co.
