Shipping Responsibility & Carrier Liability

Once an order has been packed, shipped, and accepted by the shipping carrier, Glory Flags Co. is no longer responsible for carrier-related issues, including delays, lost packages, stolen packages, damaged packages, or packages marked as delivered but not received.

Glory Flags Co. will provide tracking information when available, but delivery time, handling, transit updates, and final delivery are controlled by the shipping carrier after the package leaves our possession.

For protection against shipping-related issues, customers must add Shipping Protection to the same order at checkout. If Shipping Protection was not added at the time of purchase, the order is not eligible for refund, replacement, reshipment, or store resolution for carrier-related problems.

Shipping Protection cannot be added after an order has already been placed.

Shipping Disputes

By placing an order with Glory Flags Co., the customer agrees that shipping times are estimates and that Glory Flags Co. is not responsible for shipping carrier delays or delivery issues once the package has been handed to the carrier.

If tracking shows that an order was shipped, in transit, or delivered, this tracking information may be used as proof of shipment and/or delivery in the event of a payment dispute, chargeback, or claim.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Glory Flags Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

This policy does not remove any rights required by applicable law, but it explains our storeโ€™s shipping terms, checkout protection requirements, and carrier responsibility after shipment.
