Return & Refund Policy

At Glory Flags Co., each order is carefully prepared and shipped with the goal of giving you a high-quality patriotic display piece. Because our products are specialty flag items, all sales are final unless your order includes the 30-Day Product Protection Warranty at checkout.

No Refunds or Returns Without Warranty

To be eligible for any return, refund, replacement, or store resolution after delivery, the 30-Day Product Protection Warranty must be added to the same order at checkout. If the warranty was not included with your order at the time of purchase, your order is not eligible for refund, return, replacement, or warranty coverage after delivery.

The 30-Day Warranty cannot be added after your order has already been placed.

30-Day Warranty Coverage

If you added the 30-Day Product Protection Warranty at checkout, your order may be eligible for support within 30 days of delivery if an approved issue occurs.

Eligible issues may include:

Product defects
Workmanship issues
Damage to the woodwork, finish, or structure
Approved product problems reported within 30 days
Replacement, return, refund, or resolution support when approved

To start a claim, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide your order number, clear photos or videos of the issue, and a description of the problem.

What Is Not Covered

The 30-Day Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accidental drops, outdoor exposure, modifications, normal wear, customer damage, or buyer’s remorse.

Natural color differences, wood grain variation, rustic texture, carved-style details, and small finish differences are part of the handmade/rustic appearance and are not considered defects.

Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection is a separate checkout add-on that helps cover lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. If Shipping Protection was not added at checkout, shipping-related issues may not be eligible for refund, replacement, or resolution support.

Final Sale Items

Orders without the 30-Day Product Protection Warranty are final sale. Mystery Box items and promotional items are also final sale unless otherwise approved and protected under the proper checkout coverage.

Approved Resolutions

If your claim is approved, Glory Flags Co. may offer a replacement, repair support, store credit, return approval, refund, or another resolution depending on the issue.

Glory Flags Co. reserves the right to review each claim and determine eligibility based on the order details, warranty status, submitted evidence, and timing of the request.
